Subject: Lacey
Dee is so wonderful with our sweet Lacey. Lacey has pretty severe anxiety and woudl pick her up at different groomers and she would be crying and whining. With Dee, she is never crying when we pick her up and gets excited when we tell her its time to go see Dee. Not only is Dee patient and loving with Lacey, but Lacey comes home each time looking more beautiful. She soft and smells wonderful. With so much love we have for our sweet pup, we would never think of bringing her anywhere else.
Thank you for loving Lacey as much as we do and making her look fabulous.

Subject: Buddy, Piper, Tyger and our beloved Coco
Thank you so much for all the care and concern you show in your grooming business. It is a very relieving feeling to knowthat when you leave your pet behind for a day at the "spa" they will be truly cared for. The compassion that you have towards animals of all types shows in the way you interact with them. I know Coco enjoyed his baths. Buddy feels safe in your care and LOVES his haircuts. His longer hair really bothers him and it is a relief to him when he is shaved. Piper loves hanging out with you behind the counter and Tyger will be the most challenging of them all but you have a good way of showing him to be still. We will be long time customers of your salon as long as we are welcome to come. Thank you again for everything you do.

My dog Tito is not the friendliest of dogs, he is quite the little nipper. I have taken him to several groomers with no success. I started bringing him to Dee many years ago, and I absolutely would not bring him anywhere else. He comes home happy, clean and well cut. I would highly recommend Dee for anyone's dog she is truly a professinal at what she does!!

Thank you for the great job you are doing. If it wasn't for you shaving Becky down for the summer in 09 we would have lost her to an illness that was hidden under her coat. We wouldn't have seen that she was sick. Her red spots that indicated something was wrong would have stayed hidden. Thank you again for the care you give to all the animals that you groom.

Dee - excellent job (as usual) grooming our two cats (Taffy and Whiskers). They are much cooler now for the summer (assuming it ever warms up). They both perked right up after having that heavy winter coat groomed. We're very happy with your services!

Dee,
Thanks so much for letting me stay when you gave Felix his first haircut. I felt like it really mattered to you that Felix was happy and I was never looked down on by you for thinking my dog might be nervous without me. That made me happy. I felt really good about you giving him his first trim anyway because you've been doing his claws for so long, but he's never had anybody but my son or I bathe him so I thought he might be nervous. I can't tell you how much that means to me to have someone actually listen to my concerns and not just blow them off as those of a nervous pet owner. THANKS SO MUCH!
